USA Customers

ECONOMY SHIPPING: FREE ON QUALIFYING ORDERS OVER $75
Qualifying orders over $75 ship FREE to contiguous US States (includes PPE supplies and DTGPRO branded consumables such as ink and paper).
Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) items and heavy items are excluded from free shipping. OEM items include printers and other equipment, as well as OEM branded supplies such as Kodak, iColor, or Dupont.
Orders to non-contiguous US States (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam) or those that do not qualify for free shipping enjoy low shipping rates starting at just $4.95 per order, which are discounted from the actual rates.

The following expedited shipping options are also available at discounted rates:

• 1 Day Delivery (includes Saturday)
• 2 Business Days Delivery
• 3 Business Days Delivery

• Shipping times do not include any processing or production times. Due to high demand for machines and other equipment, most of our equipment at this time requires a lead time for production.
• Business days are M-F and start counting from the date that the carrier receives the parcel (for orders received by 3pm EST (12pm PST), we hand off most parcels to the carrier on the same day).

International Customers

Our orders ship from the USA. We ship to most countries, and our shipping rates are discounted from the actual rates.
Select your country at checkout and choose from one of the following options:

ECONOMY SHIPPING
On average, ships 7-14 business days to most countries.
Includes guaranteed proof of processing and limited tracking (may only track to the destination country borders).

PRIORITY SHIPPING
On average, ships 5-10 business days to most countries.
Includes guaranteed proof of processing and limited tracking (may only track to the destination country borders).

URGENT SHIPPING
On average, ships 2-8 business days to most countries.
Includes guaranteed proof of processing and comprehensive tracking.

NOTES:

• We do not collect taxes for international locations since we are shipping out of California, USA. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any duties or tax related charges assessed by Customs in your country. We are not responsible for any delays at Customs.
