Turn a Standard Transfer into a Better-Finished Garment

A standard transfer can leave a thicker surface feel on the garment. MagicSeal™ is used during the final post-press to help create a softer, more flexible finish that feels better integrated with the fabric.

The result is a more comfortable printed area with improved flexibility and breathability while helping the decoration maintain its appearance through repeated wear and washing.

MagicSeal™ is more than a protective heat-press sheet. Its finishing surface is designed specifically for the post-press stage, helping improve the feel, flexibility and integration of heat-applied graphics with the garment.

Simple Finishing Process

How to Use MagicSeal™

MagicSeal™ is intended for the final post-press only. Apply your transfer normally first, then use MagicSeal™ in place of kraft paper during the finishing press.

1. Apply Your Transfer

Press and peel the transfer according to the instructions for your DTF or other heat-transfer system.

2. Position MagicSeal™

Place the MagicSeal™ Sheet over the finished transfer with the appropriate finishing surface against the printed area.

3. Post-Press

Complete the final press using the recommended MagicSeal™ finishing settings for your transfer and garment.

4. Reuse

Keep the sheet clean and properly stored between jobs. With proper care, a sheet can provide approximately 350-500 finishing presses.

Important: MagicSeal™ is intended for the post-press finishing step. Apply and peel your transfer according to its normal instructions first, then use the MagicSeal™ Sheet in place of kraft paper for the final finishing press.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, HTF, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.

To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 55%-75% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.

How does DTF MagicSeal work?
The special coating on the MagicSeal finishing sheet is designed to help bond and lock the DTF transfer into the fabric fibers during the finishing process. This creates a more integrated finish that helps improve durability, reduce the chance of lifting over time, and support better wash performance for longer lasting apparel.
Can I use DTF MagicSeal with any DTF printer?
Yes. It is intended to integrate into standard DTF workflows and can be used alongside most commonly used DTF printers, and other t-shirt printing technologies.
Will this make DTF prints softer?
Yes - Result is a softer hand feel and a more premium finished appearance compared with untreated transfers.
Can MagicSeal be applied to a DTF shirt that has already been washed? Will it still work?
MagicSeal is designed to deliver the best results when applied before the second heat press as part of the standard DTF finishing process. While applying it after a garment has already been pressed, washed, or worn may not provide the same level of effectiveness, it can still improve the overall feel and finish compared to leaving the print untreated. For optimal performance, we recommend applying MagicSeal during the initial transfer process before the final press.
Is it suitable for cotton and polyester?
Yes - suitable for cotton, polyester, and common blended fabrics.
How many MagicSeal sheets are included in one package?

Each package includes 1 reusable MagicSeal Sheet. Depending on the size of the design and garment being pressed, a single sheet can typically be reused for approximately 350-500 presses.

The 3-Pack option includes one sheet in each available size:
