The next-generation vertical DTF powdering and curing system, engineered with March 2025 powder management enhancements.

Designed for seamless roll-to-roll Direct to Film (DTF) workflows, the UPSHAKER applies and cures DTF powder with superior efficiency, now equipped with breakthrough upgrades to minimize powder waste and contamination.

NOTE: This is the GEN3 version, and represents the most advanced and efficient shaker on the market in its class.

Key Upgrades in the UPSHAKER ™:

• Advanced Powder Lift Module (GEN3): The newly engineered lift system features structural improvements for consistent powder elevation, optimized to reduce airborne particles and improve environmental safety.
• Contamination Control Design: Includes redesigned powder recirculation paths and filtered intake channels to reduce powder contamination and ensure clean, reusable excess powder.
• Powder Efficiency & Waste Reduction: High-precision application ensures only the required amount of powder is deposited, with intelligent shake sensors to enhance recapture rates and drastically cut down material waste.

• Vertical Space Saving Design: Offering the lowest footprint of any shaker, while maintaining the same curing area as larger horizontal units. Fits through a standard U.S 36" door frame (unassembled).
• Automatic Powder Application: Simply pour powder into the hopper-UPSHAKER will distribute it evenly with precision-tuned speed control.
• Automatic Powder Removal & Powder Collect/Re-Use: Excess powder is expertly shaken off the film, automatically filtered, and recirculated for efficient reuse.
• Dual Heat Zones: Independent top and bottom heating elements for granular temperature control and optimal curing results.

The UPSHAKER™ is compatible with roll-capable DTF printers, including DTFLine series printers, and integrates flawlessly with Oric, Audley, HJD, Titan, Coldesi, All American / DTF Station, STS, Mimaki, Roland and other DTF roll printers. Fume extractor highly recommended (not included).

The UPSHAKER™ supports all standard DTF PET Film Rolls up to 32" wide, and is available in 17", 24" and 32" configurations.
