Enhanced Air Quality Through Innovative Design!

DTF PRO Micro Filtrabox proudly crafted in North America. This groundbreaking fume extraction system offers affordability, user-friendliness, and unwavering customer support.

Specialized printing techniques can release particles that may irritate the eyes, nose, and throat. Some processes can even emit hazardous fumes, emphasizing the importance of working in well-ventilated spaces and using Personal Protective Equipment. DTF PRO Micro Filtrabox takes your safety a step further with its dual filtration system: the pre-filter and HEPA filter efficiently capture fine particles, while the gas filter eliminates unpleasant odors.

This Portable Fume Extractor is meticulously designed for DTF Transfer Printing. It features a single-blower configuration and a high-capacity 3-stage Hydrophobic HEPA filtration system, ensuring outstanding fog removal performance in a compact footprint. Ideal for mid-sized (24") roll-to-roll DTF Transfer Printing setups, it effectively captures the thick, oily fog generated during the curing of printed transfers. The result? Superior transfer quality for garments and various substrates in a cleaner, healthier workspace - benefiting both your products and your valued employees!

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
