DTF PRO Quantum professional grade UV / UVDTF ink designed for use in Epson UV printers. This high-quality UV ink is engineered to be used with both flexible and rigid substrates, has excellent scratch resistance and adhesion to a variety of thermoplastic products such as PET, PIE or Polyurethane (PUR).

Colors are vibrant and bright, resulting stunning output that's intense and durable. Ink formula is designed to produce long-lasting and vivid prints.

DTF PRO Quantum UV ink features unique characteristics that set it apart from other UV inks on the market.

One of the key innovations behind this ink is the use of encapsulated resin + nano-pigment technology, along with zirconium cut dispersion processes. These techniques help to create a picoliter size that is smaller than other UV inks, which reduces the risk of clogging while still maintaining vibrant color output. It's important to note that while this ink is not a "clog-free," it does require standard maintenance, just like any other UV printing.

Please note, shake well UVDTF ink to ensure that the pigments are evenly mixed. It is recommended to use these inks in environments with controlled temperature and humidity, with room temperature recommended, and humidity levels above 40%.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
