Upgrade your DTF printing with DTF PRO Quantum ® High Viscosity DTF ink. This advanced formula offers a perfect blend of color vibrancy, washfastness, and compatibility with a wide format Epson engines.

The new generation of Quantum DTF Ink stands out from the rest with its innovative encapsulated resin + nano-pigment technology and zirconium cut dispersion processes. This results in smaller picoliter sizes, making the ink less likely to clog, and the right balance of pigments to achieve vibrant prints. While this is not a "clog-free" ink, regular maintenance is still required as with any DTF systems.

This high viscosity ink is designed to work with all Epson-based DTG or DTF engines, but it performs best in high-speed and wider format printers using Epson XP600, Epson 4720, or Epson I3200 printheads. Get ready to produce stunning prints that stand out with Quantum High Viscosity DTF ink!

  • Unbeatable color vibrancy and density with a wide gamut range
  • Exceptional performance for long-lasting, vivid prints
  • Unmatched wash fastness for durable results
  • Advanced ink formula with encapsulated resin and nano-pigment technology for print head protection
  • Reliable consistency from batch to batch
  • High viscosity, third-generation V3 ink perfect for wide format Epson printers with Epson XP600, Epson 4720, and Epson I3200 printheads

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
