DTG PRO Pretreatment Solution for Dark Fabric

Light-colored garments, which do not require white DTG ink, do not need pretreatment. Yet dark-colored garments, which require white DTG ink, necessitate pretreatment for achieving optimal results during and after the printing process.

DTG PRO's pretreatment solution designed for dark colored garments guarantees:

  • Exceptional durability in the wash, preserving color vibrancy and preventing fiber unraveling.
  • A softer, more comfortable texture on the printed garment.
  • Enhanced and more vibrant print colors.

Application is straightforward: before printing on your garments, spray them with pretreatment solution. DTG pretreatment can be applied to the garment using either a manual hand sprayer or a dedicated automated machine.

IMPORTANT: Pretreatment is a substance that demands serious attention, and it's essential to use the appropriate protective gear like goggles and masks when applying it. While it is non-toxic, it's important to keep in mind that pretreatment essentially consists of adhesive material, and prolonged inhalation of adhesive fumes can have adverse consequences on your health over time.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
