DTF PRO Flushing Solution bottle contains Flushing Solution specially designed for Epson printers using pigment or dye-based inks. It is not suitable for use with other ink types. Our flushing solution not only cleans your printer but also contains a special silicone that helps lubricate the parts after cleaning, unlike other solutions that can dry out your printer.

To prevent clogging, use the Flushing Solution at the first sign of a clog and regularly run it through your system every 4-6 months or before putting your printer on vacation.

It's better to use the solution right away if your printer has been sitting idle for a while, as waiting may reduce the chances of successful unclogging. However, using the solution does not guarantee that your printer will get unclogged, and you should perform proper maintenance to prevent clogging. If you plan on switching ink types, using our solution to flush out your old ink before switching to new ones is highly recommended.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
