24" NXT-GEN 24R Automated Powder Application and Curing Machine (for DTF Printers with 1-3 Print Heads) - Regular Tunnel

This NXT-GEN POWDER APPLICATION MACHINE is designed as an in-line addition to your Wide Format Roll printing DTF Printer including DTF Printers by DTFPRO, Oric, Audley, HJD, Titan, Coldesi, All American / DTF Station, STS, Mimaki, Roland and any other roll-feeding DTF printers.

This 24R Model Features a Regular-Sized Baking Tunnel and is ideal for DTF Printers with up to 3 printheads.

The NXT-GEN 24R DTF Powder Applicator and Dryer unit can cure DTF rolls up to 24 inches wide and is compatible with all roll to roll Direct to Film printers with up to 3 Printheads (works perfectly with DTF printers utilizing 1, 2 or 3 Printheads). If your printer has 4 printheads or more, you need the NXT-GEN 24L (which has a longer baking tunnel and therefore can better handle the speed of 4+ Printhead systems)

• Advanced Film Detector: With the effective film sensor, it automatics turns off and on the power station, and heating elements which results in a lower power requirement.
