StrikeStopper is a anti-collision plate assembly solution that can be installed on any printer that utilizes a Hoson board.

While some printers come with built-in anti-collision technology, others do not. Without an anti-collision solution, your printheads and printer carriage are vulnerable to damage in case of obstruction. This could be caused by objects blocking the printhead path or film buckling, leading to a printhead strike. Typically, the printer's printhead and carriage system will continue printing, potentially resulting in jams or damage to the printhead or printer. With the StrikeStopper, you can significantly reduce the risk of printhead strikes as it senses collisions and automatically stops your printhead to prevent damage.

With StrikeStopper purchase, you will receive the anti-collision plate assembly and an assembly kit to connect it to your printer. Additionally, video instructions are included with the purchase to guide you through the installation process.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
