The STS XPJ 1682D 64" DTF Printer is made in Japan and has a staggered dual-head design that provides ultra-fast print speeds. It produces smooth gradations while delivering high-quality printing even with reduced resolution.

It has SAI's Flexi DTF Edition RIP Software, bundled with Flexi DTF Editor. The XPJ-1682D also features automatic bi-directional alignments, a user-friendly touch panel, added LED lighting, and an upgraded media feed flange that allows operators to easily and quickly load media and exchange multiple rolls. These features are designed to increase user friendly operation and maintenance while continuing to offer high production, high-quality output. The XPJ-1682D is paired with STS DTF ink, which offers users excellent color gamut and outstanding durability. STS is partnered with Mutoh Japan.

Purchase includes remote support access, and a 1 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, including on the printhead (for printhead in particular, the warranty applies as 1-year or 6 billion jets). On-Site Installation (onboarding and training at your location) is available (sold separately) and recommended if you are looking for hands-on assistance at your location.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 55%-75% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
