UVMAX Dual Head UV / UV DTF Printer (GEN 3) - a powerful UV LED Direct to Substrate printer. This workhorse commercial-style printer is available at an ultra-affordable price, making it an excellent value compared to similar systems sold elsewhere at double the cost.

Designed to produce durable and intense color prints, this printer is built on a reliable Epson engine that has been professionally modified and enhanced by DTF PRO. It features a robust drive train and motors, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy use. Whether you're printing for commercial or personal use, the UVMAX Dual Head UV Printer is an excellent choice.

The printer is versatile in its printing capabilities, allowing for both UV Direct To Substrate Printing and UV DTF Printing.

  • UV Direct To Substrate Printing: This printer enables direct printing on a wide range of hard substrates, such as canvas, glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, aluminum, acrylic, PVC, ABS, EVA, phone cases, and more, including cylindrical objects like bottles using the included Bottle Rotary Platen. You may need accessory jigs to secure your items. Pre-treatment or sprays might be necessary to prepare the substrate for printing.
  • UV DTF Printing: UV DTF is a printing technology using UV printers to print on UV DTF Sheets instead of Direct to Object Printing. UV DTF overcomes production limitations, such as printing single items or irregular shapes, by creating UV printed sticker, enabled by the printer's single-pass ability to print white ink, color ink and varnish.

UVMAX Dual Head UV printer features:

  • WIMS (white ink management) system for circulating white ink, which is usually only found on systems costing over $20,000
  • Dual printheads - includes 2 x Epson XP600 printheads
  • 12 channels (CMYKWW + VVVVVV), with "V" for varnish and "W" for white ink

DTF PRO offers a 6-month warranty covering replacement of defective parts within the first 6 months from purchase, excluding consumables like printheads, inks, and dampers. CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
