Professional Curing With Consistent Temperature Performance

Proper curing is critical to a reliable DTF transfer. Adhesive powder must melt regularly across the printed film before the transfer is ready for transfer.

The Heat Station V3 provides a curing platform for shops that want more control without expensive automatic shaker or tunnel dryer.

Lift Hot Film Without Direct Hand Contact

Every Heat Station V3 includes the DTF GripMate, a precision suction-lift handling tool designed to help remove hot DTF film from the heating platform.

GripMate provides a convenient way to lift the film without reaching directly onto the heated platform, helping make repeated curing cycles cleaner, safer and easier to manage.

Simple Production Workflow

From Printed Film to Cured Transfer

1. Print

Print the mirrored DTF artwork onto compatible transfer film.

2. Apply Powder

Apply DTF adhesive powder evenly to the wet printed ink and remove excess powder.

3. Cure

Place the prepared film in the Heat Station and use the appropriate time and temperature for your DTF film and powder combination.

4. Remove

When the audible completion alert sounds, remove the cured film using the included DTF GripMate and prepare it for transfer application or storage.

Filter Maintenance

Easy Pop-In / Pop-Out Filter Replacement

The built-in purifier uses a replaceable filter to help maintain effective extraction. The V3 EZ Filter Change System allows the filter to be easily removed and replaced.

Recommended replacement: Replace the Heat Station filter approximately every 2-4 months. Actual filter life depends on production volume, curing frequency, powder type, usage and operating environment.

6-Month Limited Warranty

The DTFLINE Heat Station V3 includes a 6-month limited warranty covering replacement of defective components. Filters and other consumable items, normal wear, misuse, improper operation, incorrect electrical setup and damage caused by improper maintenance are not covered.

Ventilation is still required: The integrated purifier helps reduce fumes and airborne particles generated during DTF powder curing, but it is not a substitute for proper workspace ventilation and appropriate personal protective equipment. Always operate DTF curing equipment in a properly ventilated work area.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, HTF, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.

To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 55%-75% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
