The automated tension bar module system automatically feeds the film through by using a self powered motor. The tension bar responds to both an upper and lower inductor sensor. When the printer moves the film, the tension lever rises and senses the upper sensor, causing the motor to automatically turn. When the tension lever senses the lower sensor, the motor will stop turning. The feeder continuously and automatically supplies the printing film, while the tension rod keeps a stable tension. The sensor and motor wiring can be wired into the printer internals, therefore needing no additional power. Includes installation instructions (approx 10-15 mins for self-installation).

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
