DTF PRO MAXI Powder Applicator and Curing Machine is designed to cure DTF film rolls up to 17" wide, ensuring compatibility with Direct to Film printers that support roll-to-roll operation. Elevate your Direct to Film production process with the convenience of automatic powder application and drying capabilities.

DTF PRO MAXI Powder Applicator and Curing Machine Features:

  • Automatic Powder Application - Simply add powder into the powdering section, and it will be applied evenly to your prints with variable adjustable speed controls
  • Automatic Powder Removal and Powder Collect/Re-Use - Excess powder will be shaken off the film, and auto-recirculated
  • Conveyor Belt System - Reduces issues caused by static
  • Sensor Film Detector - With the built-in film sensor, the roll-collection turns on or off automatically to wind up and collect the printed and cured DTF roll
  • Advanced Take-Up System - Additional tension bar to roll up the finished DTF films better
  • Easy-Attach Fume Exhaust Port - Easily attach any fume extractor to the existing fume-exhaust port (Fume Extractor sold separately)

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
