Elevate your DTF workflow with the DTF PRO MIDI V3 Powder Applicator and Dryer, capable of curing DTF film rolls and seamlessly integrating as an inline addition with any roll-to-roll Direct to Film printer.

  • Automatic Powder Application - Simply pour powder into the powdering section, and it will be applied evenly to your prints with adjustable speed controls
  • Powder Removal and Powder Collect/Re-Use - Excess powder will be shaken off the film, and collect in a powder collection chamber for easy re-use
  • Film Sensor: - With the built-in film sensor, the roll-collection turns ON or OFF automatically to wind up and collect the printed and cured DTF roll
  • Advanced Take-up System - Additional tension bar to roll up the finished DTF films better
  • Easy-Attach Fume Exhaust Port - Easily attach any fume extractor to the existing fume-exhaust port (fume extractor sold separately)

Avalable Options:

  • A3 SHAKER - 110V or 220V - accept up to 14" DTF rolls, perfect for A3 size DTF Printers or smaller
  • A2 SHAKER - 110V - accept up to 19" DTF rolls, perfect for A2 size DTF Printers or smaller

Please note: Due to high demand, the lead time may be 2-4 weeks (unless labeled as QUICKSHIP with an approximate 1 week lead time). Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Color of equipment is subject to availability, typically Black / Gray.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
