If all other cleaning options fails, give this solution a try as a LAST CHANCE to unclog the most stubborn of printhead clogs! While there is no guarantee that it will work, the LAST CHANCE solution by DTF PRO has saved countless "dead" printheads from being discarded, and it could potentially save yours too.

This solution is specifically designed for attempting to resolve clogs in printheads that are deemed "dead" or unable to be revived due to the most extreme of clogs, or to flush out inks from tubing that are also severely clogged. It should NOT be used for wet capping and should NOT be left in the printhead.

It is important to note that after using this LAST CHANCE cleaning solution, a printhead cleaning/flush using the DTF PRO regular cleaning solution is necessary. This is because the LAST RESORT solution should not remain in the printhead as it should not mix with the inks. Once the clog has been resolved, an additional cleaning/flush with the DTF PRO regular cleaning solution must be performed before inserting inks back into the printer.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
