MagicLine™ Hand Roller - stronger foil transfer and a smoother finish

Achieve a stronger foil transfer and a smoother finish with the MagicLine Hand Roller. This premium marble roller is designed specifically for the ROLL & BOND step in the MagicLine HTF + MagicFoil process, helping the foil layer bond more deeply and evenly to the print surface.

The natural weight and smooth surface of the marble provide consistent, firm pressure without sticking or dragging, resulting in improved durability, gloss, and edge adhesion compared to cloth-only pressing methods.

Features

  • Optimized for MagicLine HTF + MagicFoil bonding
  • Natural marble weight improves adhesion and gloss
  • Helps eliminate micro-lifting and edge peeling
  • Smoother, more professional finish
  • Non-stick rolling surface
  • Comfortable handle for controlled pressure

How to Use

  • Roll firmly over the foil/image while the garment is still warm
  • Apply good to heavy pressure, rolling 4-6 passes over the entire design
  • Use on the heat press (with caution), or transfer the garment to a flat, hard surface
  • Follow with a second press using a silicone sheet for best results. After rolling, place a silicone sheet over the image and heat press for 12 seconds.

Safety Note: Use caution when rolling on a hot press surface. A swing-away press provides safer access. Alternatively, move the garment to a flat surface such as a cutting board.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, HTF, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.

To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 55%-75% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
