    White Ink Type G2 Benefits:

    • Better Nozzle Jetting Performance: Smooth ink flow for consistent high-quality prints
    • Longer Shelf Life: Extends from 10 to 24 months, maximizing ROI
    • Improved Optimal Humidity: Ideal range now 35-80%, ensuring smooth ink flow
    • Reduced Waste: Minimizes ink waste from clogging, increasing cost savings
    • Exceptional Print Quality: Rich, vivid colors and sharp details
    • Enhanced Durability: Outstanding wash fastness and long-lasting prints

IMPORTANT: Upgrade steps are required when switching from White ink Type G1 to Type G2!

Replace both White cartridges at the same time; mixing G1 and G2 inks will degrade print quality and may cause nozzle loss.

Use one of the following options when switching to Type G2:

    • Full Flush: Use cleaning cartridges (at least 50% full) to flush out old G1 ink before loading G2 ink, ensuring optimal performance, OR
    • No Flush: Insert new G2 cartridges directly and perform at least 5 strong cleans on both white heads. This may cause nozzle loss, requiring a line flush later.

For detailed white ink G2 upgrade instructions specific to your Ricoh printer, refer to the relevant guidelines:

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
