With UVDTF Film Sheets, you can print designs onto a single sheet, allowing you to create multiple images at once. UV DTF is perfect for printing on a wide variety of hard substrates, including Puzzles, Canvas, Cell Phone Cases, Leather, Glass, Labels, Metal, Crystal, KT Board, Acrylic, PVC, ABS, EVA, Plastic, Silica Gel and more. The possibilities are endless!

While the UV DTF prints are water and wear-resistant, we're continuously working to improve their resistance to the elements. But don't wait to try it out for yourself - UV DTF is perfect way to expand your UV printing capabilities and take your designs to the next level.

How It Works: Start by printing your design onto "A" film using UV ink and adding a layer of varnish. Next, laminate the "A" film with "B" film. Finally, simply peel and apply the laminated films onto the surface of your choice.

For the best results when using UV DTF, it's important carefully applying the Gloss Varnish during printing, as well as paying attention to the temperature, pressure, and release technique during application. Some substrates may also require the use of an adhesion promoter chemical to clean the surface and ensure proper adhesion. To ensure the most optimal application results, we highly recommend using a laminator.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
