Maintain Filtration Performance

Restore Airflow & Effective Fume Extraction

Over time, dust, smoke particles and airborne contaminants accumulate inside air purifier filters. As filters become saturated, airflow can decrease and odor removal may become less effective.

Regular filter replacement helps maintain the performance of your xTool SafetyPro AP2, supporting reliable extraction during laser cutting, engraving, DTF curing, and other processes.

  • Capture airborne particles
Multi-stage filtration helps remove dust, smoke and fine particulate matter.
  • Reduce fumes & odors
Carbon filtration helps capture odors and certain gaseous contaminants.
  • Protect your workspace
Helps reduce airborne contamination around equipment and production areas.
  • Lower maintenance costs
Replace individual filter stages as needed instead of replacing the entire set.
Replacement Filter Options

Choose the Filter Your AP2 Needs

The SafetyPro AP2 uses multiple filtration stages to capture different types of airborne contaminants. Individual replacement options make it easy to maintain each stage separately.

(swipe table to scroll)
FilterPrimary Function
Pre-FilterCaptures larger particles such as lint, fibers, hair and coarse dust. Helps protect downstream filtration stages.
Medium-Efficiency Filter Captures smaller dust particles and particulate contaminants before they reach the final filtration stages.
Activated Carbon Filter Helps adsorb odors, fumes and certain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during production processes.
Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh Additional carbon-based filtration designed to improve odor and gaseous contaminant control.
High-Efficiency HEPA Filter Final particulate filtration stage designed to capture fine airborne particles, including particles around 0.3 microns.
Complete Replacement Bundle

Save with the SafetyPro AP2 5-Pack Filter Set

Refresh all five replaceable filtration stages with one convenient bundle. The complete filter set is ideal for scheduled maintenance or restoring filtration performance when multiple filters are approaching the end of their service life.

  • 1 x Pre-Filter
  • 1 x Medium-Efficiency Filter
  • 1 x Activated Carbon Filter
  • 1 x Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh Filter
  • 1 x High-Efficiency HEPA Filter
Workshop Applications

Designed for Laser & Apparel Production

Genuine AP2 replacement filters help maintain filtration performance in compatible xTool laser and apparel production environments, where smoke, fine particles and odors can accumulate during operation.

Filter Maintenance

When Should You Replace AP2 Filters?

Typical filter service life ranges from approximately 100 to 600 operating hours, depending on the filter stage, workload, materials processed and operating environment.

Monitor purifier performance and replace filters when signs of saturation or reduced effectiveness appear.

  • Reduced airflow: Extraction becomes noticeably weaker than normal.
  • Persistent odors: Smoke or processing odors become more noticeable during operation.
  • Visible buildup: Accessible filter surfaces show significant dust or particle accumulation.
  • Heavy production: Frequent laser cutting or DTF curing may require more regular filter replacement.

Maintenance tip: Different filter stages can reach the end of their useful life at different times. Replace filters according to their condition and the manufacturer's maintenance instructions rather than assuming every stage must be changed simultaneously.

What is DTF?

Click here to learn what is DTF and understand its advantages over other garment printing methods.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, HTF, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.

To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 55%-75% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
