DTF PRO Printhead Maintenance Kit - DTF, DTG Printer Maintenance

DTF PRO Printhead Maintenance Solution is designed to maintain the quality and condition of your printheads for up to 30 days. It is recommended for use when you plan to leave your printer idle for an extended period of time, such as when going on vacation. By using this maintenance solution as directed, you can help ensure that your printhead remains in the same condition as before you left.

It's important to note that this maintenance solution does not clean or repair damaged printheads. Instead, it acts as a lubricant to preserve the current condition of your printheads. Before using the maintenance solution, make sure your printheads are in good working condition without any clogs or gaps on nozzle tests. If your printheads are not in good condition, you'll need to clean them first before applying the maintenance solution.

Please note that this maintenance solution is not intended for cleaning or unclogging your printhead. For cleaning purposes, you should use the Cleaning solution or XTREME Cleaning solution.

CAUTION: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR (including masks and gloves) while handling specialty printing and curing materials and techniques (such as DTF, DTG, UV, WTT, etc.), due to the potential hazards from fumes and processes. It's strongly advised to use a fume extractor in addition to maintaining proper ventilation when using DTF powder.
Operating any specialty ink printing devices and materials, including inks, chemicals, powders, etc., is entirely at the user's risk.
To reduce the chances of ink clogs and film warping, maintain the environment for specialty inks and films within optimal humidity (50% - 70%) and temperature (75° to 80°F) conditions. To reduce the likelihood of ink clogs and prevent film buckling, it is strongly advised to maintain a room humidity 50%-70% and a temperature 75°-80°F / 24°-27°C.
