Print detailed, full-color artwork using the included Epson® WF-3820 with its original pigment CMYK inks. Apply MagicPowder™, cure the transfer using the DTFLINE HeatStation and press your design onto a garment with the included CraftPress.

Complete the process with MagicSeal™ Fusion for improved wash durability, softness and flexibility. No white ink, specialty DTF ink installation or printer modifications are required.

The included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 is pre-matched for MagicLine™ transfer printing, so there is no need to research printer compatibility or source a separate ink system.

Use the printer's original pigment-based CMYK inks to create colorful artwork on MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets. The printer remains in its original factory configuration with no conversion or specialty DTF inks required.

Proper powder curing is essential for creating reliable garment transfers. The included Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation provides a dedicated tabletop curing solution for MagicLine™ transfer powder.

Adjustable time and temperature settings help control the curing process, preparing powdered transfers for garment application.

15" x 15" CraftPress Heat Press

The included 15" x 15" CraftPress provides the heat and pressure needed to transfer cured artwork onto garments and complete the MagicSeal™ Fusion finishing process.

Its clamshell design, digital time and temperature controls and adjustable pressure make it a practical solution for custom T-shirt production.

Simple Five-Step Process

How MagicLine™ Transfer Printing Works

From artwork to finished garment, every major production step is covered by the included equipment.

1. Print Your Design

Print mirrored, full-color artwork onto MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets using the included Epson® WF-3820 and pigment CMYK inks.

2. Apply MagicPowder™

Apply the included Clear MagicPowder™ evenly to the printed design for white-garment transfers.

3. Cure with the HeatStation

Use the included Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation to melt and cure the adhesive powder.

4. Heat Press & Peel

Apply the cured transfer to your garment using the included 15" x 15" CraftPress, then peel according to instructions.

5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion

Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press using the CraftPress. This final step helps protect pigment colors while improving wash durability, softness and flexibility.

Expand Without Replacing Equipment

Start with White Garments. Add Dark Colors Later.

The included Clear MagicPowder™ lets you begin producing full-color transfers for white garments. Add White MagicPowder™ to expand into colored, dark and black garments. The same Epson printer, inks, transfer sheets, HeatStation and CraftPress can be used without additional conversions or equipment.
