MagicLine™ offers an innovative alternative to conventional DTF printing. Instead of relying on specialty DTF inks and a dedicated white-ink printer, MagicLine™ uses compatible pigment CMYK inks, specially developed transfer sheets, and MagicPowder™ to create full-color garment transfers.

The included Epson® WF-3820 printer arrives in its original factory configuration, ready for the MagicLine™ workflow. No printer modification, ink conversion, or complicated setup is required.

Simple Transfer Process

How MagicLine™ Transfer Printing Works

Create professional garment transfers in five straightforward steps.

1. Print Your Design

Print mirrored, full-color artwork onto MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets using the included printer and pigment CMYK inks.

2. Apply MagicPowder™

Apply Clear MagicPowder™ evenly to the printed design for transfers intended for white garments.

3. Cure the Transfer

Cure the powdered transfer using a compatible curing station or HeatStation, following the supplied instructions.

4. Heat Press & Peel

Apply the cured transfer to your garment using a heat press, then peel as directed.

5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion

Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press. This final step helps protect printed colors while improving softness, flexibility, and wash durability.
