MagicLine™ makes full-color garment transfer printing more accessible by eliminating the need for dedicated white-ink DTF equipment.

Print your designs using a compatible desktop inkjet printer with pigment-based CMYK inks, apply MagicPowder™ and cure the transfer using the included DTFLINE HeatStation. Then use the included CraftPress to apply your design and complete the finishing process.

Professional Heat Transfer Application

15" x 15" CraftPress Heat Press Included

The included 15" x 15" CraftPress provides the heat and pressure needed to transfer cured MagicLine™ designs onto garments.

This full-size clamshell heat press features digital time and temperature controls and adjustable pressure, making it suitable for applying transfers and completing the MagicSeal™ Fusion finishing process.

Simple Five-Step Workflow

How MagicLine™ Transfer Printing Works

1. Print Your Design

Print mirrored, full-color artwork onto MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets using a compatible Canon® or Epson® printer with pigment CMYK inks.

2. Apply MagicPowder™

Apply Clear MagicPowder™ evenly to the printed design for transfers intended for white garments.

3. Cure with the HeatStation

Use the included Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation to melt and cure the applied powder.

4. Heat Press & Peel

Apply the cured design to your garment using the included 15" x 15" CraftPress, then peel according to instructions.

5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion

Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press using the CraftPress. This step helps protect pigment colors while improving wash durability, softness and flexibility.

The included Clear MagicPowder™ provides the adhesive layer needed for full-color transfers on white garments. Expand to colored, dark and black garments without changing your printer, inks, transfer sheets or production equipment.

Important: Printer compatibility depends on the installed ink formulation. All four CMYK colors must be pigment-based. Printers using pigment black with dye-based color inks are not compatible. Bottom-tray printers may require MagicLine™ FEEDASSIST Transfer Sheets or a paper leader for reliable film feeding.
